Kamarajar School maintains a disciplined and structured learning environment to support academic excellence, moral values, and responsible student behavior.

Overview

Kamarajar School maintains a strong system of discipline and order to ensure a safe and effective learning environment. Students are expected to follow all rules sincerely, and parents are requested to support the school in maintaining discipline and academic standards.

General Discipline Rules

  • Students must be punctual and report to school on time
  • Latecomers will be allowed only with proper permission
  • Regular attendance is mandatory for academic progress
  • School diary must be brought daily

Code of Conduct

  • Students must behave respectfully towards teachers and peers
  • Use of filthy language or misconduct is strictly prohibited
  • Students should maintain discipline inside and outside the campus
  • Any damage to school property will be chargeable

Do’s

  • Wear clean and proper uniform every day
  • Maintain personal hygiene and neat appearance
  • Bring required books and study materials
  • Follow instructions given by teachers
  • Communicate politely and respectfully

Don’ts

  • Do not bring mobile phones, smart watches, or electronic gadgets
  • Do not carry valuables, gold ornaments, or cash
  • Do not engage in fights, arguments, or negative behavior
  • Do not loiter outside after school hours
  • Do not use two-wheelers to come to school

English Communication Policy

  • Students must speak only in English within the school campus
  • Helps improve communication skills and confidence
  • Encourages better academic understanding

Attendance Rules

  • Leave must be informed through written application
  • Medical leave should be supported with certificate
  • Long absence must be reported to the school
  • Irregular attendance may lead to removal from rolls

Examination Rules

  • No re-examination for absentees
  • Students must attend all scheduled exams
  • Progress reports must be signed by parents
  • Performance will be monitored regularly

Transport Rules

  • Students must follow discipline in school vehicles
  • No standing or moving while the vehicle is in motion
  • No shouting or misbehavior in the bus/van
  • Follow driver and staff instructions strictly

Cleanliness & Responsibility

  • Students must keep classrooms and campus clean
  • Scribbling on walls or damaging furniture is prohibited
  • Maintain silence in classrooms and corridors
  • Respect school property and environment

Parent Responsibilities

  • Ensure child’s regular attendance and discipline
  • Check school diary regularly
  • Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings
  • Support the school in academic and behavioral development
